What is your return policy?
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction, risk-free. If you're not happy for any reason with one of our products, just email us for a full refund, no questions asked.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The moment your order goes through you'll get a link via email for downloadable items. We use high-speed servers from Amazon.com so downloads are fast. On non-downloadable items we ship via FedEx Ground or UPS ground. Items take 3-4 days to arrive within the U.S.; longer internationally. Contact us if you have any questions.

What if my downloadable video doesn’t play?
Our downloads are 100% guaranteed to play. If you have any problems with downloaded videos, contact us and we’ll fix it or your money back.

What forms of payment do your accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Certified Checks. To pay by check, please contact us first for payment instructions.

Is my transaction secure?
All online purchases from Call Box are made via Paypal on a SSL connection which encrypts all your personal information—including name, address and credit card number- so that it can be transmitted safely across the Internet.

What are your shipping rates?
Downloadable items have no shipping charges. Non-downloadable items typically cost between $10-15 for shipping, depending on your location.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your order for instructions on tracking packages and order status inquiries. If you don't receive this email please check your bulk mail folder.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
Contact us immediately and a salesperson will research your order.

Can I ask follow-up questions about the course I ordered?
Absolutely, Noah and Hal love to answer questions. We’ve tried to make our courses as thorough as possible and anticipate every possible question. But if you still have more contact us and we’ll help you out!

Do I need a Mac or an iPhone to view these videos?
All videos are encoded to QuickTime, so all you need is a computer (Windows or Mac) with the latest version of the QuickTime Player, which you can download for free here. If you do have an iPhone, iPad, Android or other mobile device you can also transfer our videos immediately to your device and take Call Box with you to the set, on a trip, or wherever you want to learn more!

What's a Call Box?
A Call Box is a roadside emergency telephone on highways used to summon help, for more info see here. In some countries a Call Box is labeled SOS.
